At the Ontario Cannabis Association, our mission is to provide our members with cost-saving opportunities across all aspects of their operations. From insurance and product testing to transportation, packaging, and supply chain management, we work tirelessly to identify ways to reduce costs and increase value for our members.
One of the key ways we achieve this goal is through group purchasing initiatives. By leveraging the collective buying power of our membership, we are able to negotiate priority service and pricing from our suppliers. This not only results in direct cost savings for our members, but also helps to strengthen relationships between our suppliers and the cannabis industry as a whole.
Public and Private Sector Advocacy
Licensed cannabis producers in Ontario face a complex web of regulations, rules, and paperwork that can be daunting to navigate. At the Ontario Cannabis Association, we are committed to making the business of cannabis production easier and less complicated for our members. By advocating for regulatory changes and easing restrictions, we aim to increase our members' business capacity and sales.

To achieve this goal, we work closely with key stakeholders such as the Ontario Cannabis Stores, federal, provincial, and municipal representatives. Our goal is to identify and address any regulations and rules that are burdensome, restrictive, or unnecessary. Through regular dialogue and collaboration with these stakeholders, we strive to ensure that our members' voices are heard and their needs are met.
